Need tips buying new graphics card

Hi
i want to buy a new graphics card
i was aiming for the amd r9 390 (€350)
is that a good choice nowadays?
because i heard amd is launching their polaris line / r 400 series wich has allot beter performance vs power comsumption ratio

couple questions:
do anyone know (speculate) the price of the new cards?
and are the new cards a massive jump up from the r390?
and also knowing that amd is releasing the polaris line soon mayby its better to buy the cheaper brother r380 for now?
and also how much better is the r390 and r380 when you compare it to the HD 7870?

I would say, hold off till the GTX 1070 drops. (nothing against AMD, I'm just an Nvidia guy)

If your budget is €350 give or take that is $400 ish USD which will be right in line with that. I imagine there will be shipping cost involved depending on the retailer but that new card looks pretty impressive and its what I'd recommend waiting for.

June 10 is the release date, if you can wait!?
