Need to buy a laptop quick! Please help

Hi I need to buy a laptop and quickly. The prob is I dfont know much about them! The two i am looking at are...
Acer Refurb Aspire 5535 AMD Turion X2 Dual Core 4GB 160GB VHB for £286
and
Acer Refurb X3200 Athlon X2 3/640GB VHB for £260

as u may have guessed i am student with no money! I have upto about 330 to spend but then i'll have no change... Any ideas which is best or anything better?

Any info on what state you're in, where you can buy from, what you want to do with it etc?

Links to the pages where you found these should help - those specs are fairly vague.
