i have a laptop with no os on it and i just want to download xp and put it on there since the laptop is from 2004 but my problem is i can never find a xp download that will actually work do yall know of one that i can download burn to a cd and it actually just works for once? if so please post link thx yall

This is illegal. However, I recommend you try linux ubuntu. It is also a good operating system, but free and LEGAL.

You then must burn the .iso to a disc and run and install like you would a windows disc. If you have questions, post back.
ok man i tryed to put it on a disc but it will not work im using cdburnerxp and it has an option to put an iso file on a disc but it just wont put it on there like it goes threw the process and shit but once i put it in the old laptop it says there is no os on the disc and im using the correct kind of disc as well so any free programs that would help me put this on a disc would be great! thx! or any other advice

Yeah sure. When I burn .iso's I use infrarecorder. Download it here:
