Need to replace graphic card for HP Media Center m7060n

Any advice on what kind (graphic card) to get and a schematic of this system would be appreciated greatly.
SYSTEM: 1GB memory, 200GB hard drive, Pentium 4
The pc is stock set up but the graphic card has gone bad. I don't need anything fancy. Use for tunes,TV recording and web surfing.
