Need URGENT help!!

My computer has become SOOO slow that I feel live ive aged 10 years by the time it gets to a site.

To open my browser and get to this site and get to this forum section and post this took minutes when it usually would take seconds.

When I click enter on the net or soemthing I don't even have time to blink my eyes and the page is there fully loaded.

Now I don't know if it's my internet or if something is wrong with my pc but it's VERY slow.

My net speed is 10.0 Mbps like usual.

I need help here and don't know where to start.

Can someone please please help me?
 
Based on the speed reduction your describing, it seems like a virus or some serious spyware. Trying opening up task manager and looking around for any irregular processes, and definitely do a virus/spyware scan.
