Need your help please - P5K-VM

I already ordered the parts for the PC. Now im looking at this and i dont see a VGA port for my LCD monitor at the Back Panel I/O Ports.
i dont have a graphic card. please tell me im wrong and this mobo has a DVI port

Well, only after i bought it i now discovered it has no mouse port. what kind of a mobo comes with no mouse port. realy annoying.

I dont know how to mess with the BIOS so my question is, the first time im gonna turn the computer on, do i need to go into the BIOS and start messing with all the things there like HDD, RAM, etc? or the BIOS is updating itself automatically?
I mean, wil i need to tune things there so it will recognize the hardware or its being done automatically?
