needed help..lost backup?

have hp pavillion.

had files backing up weekly to drive (D:)

hp had me reformat/recover to factory specs, so i lost my entire (C:) drive

had back up on (D:)

hp wouldnt help me restore....

i backed up files and restored with recovery manager.

i recovered last back up to single folder on (D:) and took out all my pics and docs. moved to (C:)

hp tech had me restore again, so i think i lost all the files???

my back up files on (D:) are empty. file folders there for back up, but nothing in them.

help.........am i in big trouble?

3 years of work on there....

Your data is still on the D: drive, and quite likely on the C: drive too.

Have you tried GetDataBack (FAT32 or NTFS) depending?
