Ok, my PC only has integrated vedio so i need new graphic card to run my Counter Strike: Source.

Problem: My PC sux

My PC is Dell Dimension 4600.

PSU-250Watts
HD-80GB (44.5GB free)
RAM-512 MB
Processor-Intel Pentium 4 w/ HT technology
Card Slot- AGP 4X/8X
Drives-CD-RW drive, DVD/CD RW drive, floppy

I want the best graphic card that works for my PSU without changing PSU I wish the chipset manufacture to be Ati or NIVIDa.
I also wish that they can be bought in Newegg.com

you should look into Radeon chips. The new Nividia cards are mostly PCI Express Card Slot. Plus with a PSU of 250W u'll probably need to get a lower end model.

Edit: Possibly an ATI Radeon 9200 (not sure if it can run with your PSU)

According to ATi a Radeon 9800Pro would be best with a 300W PSU, but then again my friend does run his X800XT on a PSU with a Watt rating under the recommendations.

But what's your budget? But you should look at the Radeon 9600 and 9800 series.

Well I have a geforce 4 mx-440 128mb video card and although i am going to be upgrading, it runs counter-strike source at about 25-30fps...only cost u like $40 too

uh ok but i can go anywhere up to 100 bucks.
i got bunch of internal devices in the PC so i dont know if 300Watt Vedio card will work.

In DX7 mode, plus it doesn't have any pixel or vertex shader feature whatsoever, so not many games nowadays will even start when using it. I know this for a fact, I had one before.
