Neighbor's Computer

My neighbor has an old computer running Windows 2000. She said that every time it starts up a little pop-up box comes up that says the following:

The procedure entry point louddriver with with version could not be located in the dynamic link library SPOOLSS.DLL

She said that no matter how many times she clicks "OK" or the exit button it keeps on popping up. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

The computer is to old for that. I already upgraded it from 98 to 2000. Alll she uses it is for browsing the internet and checking email so an upgrade isn't really that necessary. Thanks for the help!

Well if you still have a 2000 disk try using the repair option.
It should replace the missing file.
