Nero - audio synchronisation

Help! When I watch a downloaded movie on Media Player it works perfectly but when I write it to CD using Nero and watch it on television the sound which is synchronised at first slowly goes out of synch, the lips moving before the words.

That is due to WMP being able to correct the out of phase audio/video problem on it's own compensating for it. Nero simply burns it the way it is. The other factor that usually comes into play when trying to burn copyrighted property is the encoded signal to prevent piracy. oops! you're stuck there!
