netbook not always getting online unless reboot safe mood and start up again

four days ago i turned my netbook on and it wouldnt get online. my android and laptop were able to get online. i googled the problem and saw to start in safe mode and type go to RUN and type netsh int ip reset blah blah blah. i did that and then rebooted and got online.
next day same thing.
i do a system restore.
i think i got online after that but might have had to start in safe mode....
next day can't get online start in safe mode thinking i have a virus and i scan and no problems found. reboot, get online.
same thing today...restart several times thinking that does something but it wasnt until i started in safe mode....didnt DO anything while there just started it in safe mode and then restarted again normal and then online.

not sure what the problem is if anyone has any thoughts?
when i try to find my wireless connection in 'normal mode' i'm not seeing it. i turn my wifi on and off and nothing happens. by the way, it SHOWS that i'm online on my lower right of computer, but its the 2 computer box things that are on and the one that is usually on.
 
This could be a driver issue, How does the computer run in normal mode...Have yo tried running the internet with the cable to see what happens ?
 
i keep it in safe mode a few minutes. and no i havent tried connecting with the cord...good idea.
the odd thing is also, it only has done this when i wake up in the morning. i turn the computer off and on during the day and dont have the problem.
the only other thing i think might have tweaked something is a bluetooth wireless mouse that i sometimes connect/disconnect (to use on another computer) i always have to go to control panel and reconnect bluetooth device. wondering if i did something funky there but can't imagine what.
i will try having the computer connected directly to modem tomorrow if this happens. thank you
ps if it were the driver how do i test that? and does it make sense that it only does it in the morning after everything has been off all night? (router/modem) and why would safe mode 'wake it up' somehow...
 
week update...was working fine until today. what is it about rebooting in safe mode then restarting that allows me to then get online?
 
i guess i'm talking to myself here...but the same thing keeps happening. if i shut down the computer i always have to restart in safe mode then restart to be able to get online. if i put the computer to sleep and restart later it gets online fine. this is driving me crazy.
 
I do believe bluetooth sometimes messes with the wireless cards. I would suggest you try updating the wireless card driver first.
