I connected my laptop to my home computer (wireless) and I have no idea what i did....but now my laptop is saying " can't find server" and it said that its connected...so i hit the repair...and it said "Windows could not finish repairing the problem because the following action cannot be completed
"Clearing the ARP cache"

i did a search on this and couldnt find anything, do i have start all over?

yes

i have a router, and the laptop shows a strong signal but won't connect...I had already got it setup. And started messing with The security....and now it keep telling me, what i already stated....
