I do not have I wireless card in my desktop so I'm using and Ethernet to my laptop. I have the connection bridged and sometimes my connection works fine then other times (most of the time) it says the bridge doesn't have a valid ip configuration. If someone knows how to fix this it would be much appreciated.

Crossover cable is what is needed, but ICS is really not a great way of using the net. I use to use my Laptop connected to my desktop and the main signal was WIFI. Was alright I guess.
