im nto sure if this is where i should be posting but heres my problem....
ok my interent is fast, and everythin, but every liek 10 minutes it says a network cable has been unplugged.
i dont get it
during online games i never lose my connection
ay ideas on what the problem could be
thanks

oh mannnn
that happens to me alot too
if you're trying to download alot of stuff at one time it'll kick you off
that's what it did for me or if i was running AIM, counter strike, and xfire itd kick me off...

i dont know really what to do except limit the amount of internet using programs. perhaps someone else will post something helpful.

A similar thing happens to me when I'm downloading on Ares. If I'm downloading on Ares the other PC's in my house get kicked off line and I cant go on the net. So I have to close out ALL internet apps and wait about 10 minutes and go for it again. I think it is caused by using up to much bandwidth, but I'm not sure. If anyone knows what the deal please chime in, because I could use some help as well :)

it could be that you have spyware on your computer or another computer online on the network as spyware and the routior automaticly shuts down when it trys to sent it to the other computer

If this is the case wouldnt it do it on ANY online apps? Mine only does it when I have alot of online apps running at once. I'm not trying to be an or anything I'm just asking a follow up question.

lol when im downlaoding in ares and have the interenet open (not using net just looking) it still kicks me off, my other comp doesnt run to well, but why would it be sending info to the other comp... lets say the other comp is just hooked up not used why do l problems still occur.

You know I have the exact same questions and the same symptoms. What the spec on your PC and Internet connection?
