what is the different of cat5e cable and cat6 cable

Cat6 is faster. Will it be for your service is another story. Cat5 is standard from what i read. 5 and 5e has to do mostly with bending radius.
Might want to take a look at the link here. You can scroll down all the way to category and choose which one. I will buy 6 if for a good price. Else it will be cat5. Your decision.

just for notice only. on the link i seen cat7. but then mine is not for commercial use. Thought it was interesting though. Never seen it in my travels.
