Network Connections?

is there a way 2 put the Network Connections into the Taskbar? like you can do with 2000 and XP? i did it with my Compaq, but dont know how 2 do it with ME? is there a way? thanks.
 
Not sure about 9x's Internet connection stacks and whatnot. Do you have dual networking supported hardware?
 
Like, I'm confused, the only way you would have more than one connection is if you have private networking (VPN, virtual, VMware), or you have two physical networking devices. (eth0, IEEE) (eth0, eth1) (eth0, dial-up) etc.

No, actually I don't, haven't run Me in ages, even on crawling boxes, I stuff at least W2K on them, or linux. If the connections work, why do you care? PS. I think I have a copy of Me in my closet, if I get around to it, I'll install it in VMware with two emulated network devices to see what you mean.
 
like in XP and 2000, you know the connection tower things in the taskbar? that tells you that your connected, have limited connectivity, and no connectivity?
