Network Monitoring Software

I am looking for a free network monitoring software for my home network. I want to monitor my home computers from my desktop. I want to be able to see what website they are currently viewing and if i can, id like to see a list of any open programs that they have open. I have family that come over and use the computers and when they leave my computers are always slow and not working right. So id like to see whats going on thats causing this problem. So if you know any free network monitoring software that would be great!

Thats Microsofts Network Monitor.... its free, if you are using a supported MS OS.
