network - one PC not entering websites

I have a router to connect two PCs, one is fine but the other will let me connect to the internet and send and receive emails but does not allow me to enter any website. In this PC I had the free zone alarm installed which I have now uninstalled but inspite of that sometimes a message comes up saying that zone alarm will not let me enter web sites. I feel that maybe my problem is zone alarm but I don’t know how to get rid of it.
I would appreciate any help

Yeah, it sounds like Zone Alarm might still be trying to control the websites your gettin on. Try to find any files or folders it left behind when you uninstalled it. It might be something in the registry though, in which case I'm not exactly sure how to fix that.
