Hi guys.
Printer: HP Laserjet P2015dn
This printer is hooked up on our network. Has been working great then all of a sudden stopped printing this afternoon. No computers would print to it.
Printer has a static IP address. Could not log on to the printer through this IP address.
Checked cable, tried new network cable still didn't work.
Took network cable and plugged directly to my laptop. Computer does not detect the network printer. I did test the cable and it works fine.
2 lights on back of printer where the Ethernet cable plugs into, orange light stays on but the green light does not come on at all.
I can print from the printer via a printer cable, but not Ethernet.
Any ideas? I'm thinking the Ethernet port on the printer burned up.
