Network puzzle.

Hi, My name is Jordan I have a networking puzzle for the networkers. I have 3 computers on my network




Computer A-Windows 7 ultimate
Computer B -Windows 7 ultimate
Computer C- windows xp


Problem

All options for networking have already been enabled all computers are on no password required

computer a and b can both access computer c but computer a and b cant access each other

Tried editing reg, enabling all options, creating homegroups, reinstallking network everything i could think of or find on google. Please help me! it will be greatly appreciated

nothing extra i forgot to mention the users file it create for public works but the C;/ drive or external cant acess both say contact administrator but i am the admin so ive enabled all of options
