Network Shares with Multiple Routers

I have a setup with multiple routers. The router connected directly to my modem is a wireless router that I use with my laptop. I also have a second wired router connected to the wireless router which my desktop pc is connected to. My question is, does anyone know a way to access the network shares on my desktop PC from my laptop while i'm on the wireless network? I know the obvious solution would be to plug the desktop pc into the wireless router, but that's not really a viable solution for me. Thanks for any advice you may give.

Whats the ips of everything?

Try to set them up on diffrent Subnets. Just in caser. Then go to no-ip.com of google for the no-ip software and download it for each computer.
