Getting computers to recognize one another can be a pita.
1. All computers have to be in the same workgroup name
2. On every pc, go to network settings and make sure network discovery is on
3. File and printer sharing is enabled
4. You'll have to share the drives you want access to on each pc
5.. You may have to map network drives
6. Some users have to store all files in a public folder to all pc's can access them.
