never overclocked before??

ive never overclocked before and dont know too much about it. my specs are in my sig. could i overclock and not be taking too big of a risk?? and if so can someone walk me through how to overclock?

I'm not familiar with your board, but the easiest way is probably just google for "overclocking with Gigabyte 965P-DS3".
