hey all, so i just bought myself a LG DM2350 at a great price

its not arrived yet, and ima just wondering,

because its tridef, (using with pc in sig) will it only need a single lead from my gc?

will it be vga, dvi or hdmi for the 3d?

I'm not sure if HDMI will support 120hz, but your monitor should come with a Dual Link DVI cable which is required to run 120hz.

cool, so thats 2 dvi from the back of my pc, to a single dvi in the monitor?

and i assume it will be a matter of plug it in, turn on my rig, install the drivers, and bob's you uncle?

It's just one DVI cable, it looks like a regular DVI cable but it won't work with a non 120hz monitor. So in essence it's two DVI cables in one. And yep, plug it in, if you have the latest drivers installed then just go to the Nvidia control panel and set it up from there. Do you have Nvidia 3D vision?

Cool, this monitor as far as I am aware isn't 3d vision compatable it used tridef instead with polarised glasses as opposed to shutters, However I assume setup is just as straightforward
