new 462 board, is this ok

just bought a new (still in sealed box) FASTFAME 8VTME mainboard
my question is this compatible with my amd athlon xp 1.8 and with my LB-0240 SD 256 MB PC133 sdram
any info appreciated as i need my linux box running urgently

Most likely it is compatible, however, I have never heard of Fastfame.
