New AMD chip?? Can someone explain this to me?

Hey guys I was reading the business section of our local paper and they had an article about AMD's new chip code named "4X4." Here's the article:

I mean it either sounds like dual core chips, which they already have, or something like the AM2 socket. I don't know. Please read and let me know.

its talking about cool 'n quiet... or a newer version of cool 'n quiet...
and a dual CPU motherboard with two dual core processors.<-- "4x4"
