If you do have a PC speaker hooked and get no beeps while you get errors on purpose then I would say the mobo is hosed but be sure that the PC speaker is hooked correctly. There should be symbols next to the pins and polarity doesn't really matter as it'll work either way.

Please take a photo of the inside of your computer.

Make sure your RAM is seated correctly, the GPU is seated correctly and that the 8 pin CPU power is connected. Just check everything is seated.
