New build... all look good?

Time to sell the old dual core 8400gt pc. Here is my new build. Decided to go with AMD & ATI due to the bang for your buck factor. I will be purchasing the sound card and video cards at a later time, probably 2-3 weeks when I get my next paycheck. :D

Another note-
The 40GB SSD drive will strictly be for the OS. I will be using two 320GB 7,200 RPM drives from my last PC.

i'd go with the first one for the motherboard.

since you are getting an aftermarket cooler, just go with a phenom ii 955 and oc it to beyond the 970's specs:
cpu

get an air cooler. those all in one watercoolers from corsair don't perform as well and cost more. i'd go with this noctua:
heatsink
it is a bit more but you have already saved money on the cpu, so ;)

I would suggest you to get a different mouse like logitech g500, g9x, g9 or if you can find g5. I had the same mouse that you want to buy and i had problems with the left button. When you click once it clicked twice. It's a common problem with this mouse.
