New build any problems?

Hiya i have almost finished my first-ever build, here are the stats:

Antec Sonata II Case
ASUS P5B motherboard
Intel C2D E6400 processor
2x 1GB Kingston Value Ram PC2-5300
Sapphire Radeon X1950GT GFX
250GB Segate Barracuda HDD

does anyone know of any issues with this set-up? I've never used a BIOS before is there any areas I have to fiddle with to make this work without a problem?

Looks good, nice choice with the x1950gt :-P. Waiting for ATI's new cards? They will be monstrous.
 
The case has a 400W PSU built in thats meant to be pretty good so I'm going to see if thats going to cope!

well... technically speaking, PSU that comes with the case are usually not good... but considering that it comes with the Antec case, it might be a different story... hope eveything goes well... good luck :)
