New build, "Can't find any device" during startup

I just put together the build in my sig, and after installing all the drivers and making sure there are no issues in Device Manager it still says "Can't find any device" right before the full screen logo for the BIOS pops up during startup. I haven't had any issues at all, in fact this thing is a beast. Win 7 Pro 64 bit installed in like 6 minutes, after coming off a 5 year old HP desktop that would takes forever every time I re-installed I'm in fricking love with this build! The one issue I had with it was that I had to clear the CMOS because it wouldn't load the Win 7 disc, but after that it was smooth as silk.

Anyways any ideas about what the issue is? It's really starting to piss me off seeing that every time I start it or reboot after installing a program.

I've done some google searching for this error and some hits refer to bluetooth, but your board doesn't have bluetooth unless I'm missing it.

What controller do you have the HD plugged into? The AMD or the ASMedia?

Usually that's where I've seen the message stating what GPU is installed, right before that message it says "Using PCIE Gen 2" so I assumed the message was suppose to give GPU info. No BT for sure.
