New Build, Can't See CPU Temp.

I recently built a cheap PC to game on. Here are the specs,

MOBO: AsRock FM2A75M-DGS R2.0 M-ATX
CPU: Athlon X4 750K
Memory: Ripjaws 4GB DDR3 1600
GPU: Sapphire HD 7770

Basically, I'm finished with the build and pretty content with everything, however, I want to monitor the cpu temp to see where I stand in that regard. I'm using the stock cooler and fan with the processor. In the BIOS my temp. peaks to about 40C, in OCCT the TMPIN didn't climb too dramatically and I was able to test for about 10 mins before I just shut it off. I played Medal of Honor Warfighter online for 4 hours yesterday with no problems. Still, I just want to be able to verify what my temp. range is indefinitely before I consider myself absolutely content with the setup. HWMonitor only shows the package temp, which jumps around a lot and maxes to around 85C while gaming and it's the only sort of temp software that's given me any indication at all. All of the other softwares show 0 C. Any ideas? I feel like I can't really be too worried, being that the stock cooler and fan were designed for the cpu and I haven't overclocked at all. Should I even be concerned? BTW, no budget for an aftermarket cooler.

Tried it, 0 C. Coretemp, Aida64, Speedfan, HWMonitor, etc. Well, HWMonitor just shows package temp and it's jumping all over the place.
