Questions:

Should I get the 955BE or just get the 945? I read reviews of my mobo saying that the full potential of the board is not reached unless you have a BE cpu.

Coolermaster V8 or Hyper N520 or ?

Can I paint the Gskill ram to match my color scheme w/o voiding the warranty?

I would not attempt it. Better to keep the lifetime warranty than to have RAM that is a pretty color.
