get it ffrom newegg its cheap, unlike if you buy it at a store or another website, it can cost more than $100

It doesn't matter if the graphic card is DDR, DDR2, or DDR3, they will still work with the motherboard/cpu that I list up there right?

And I have read in some articles that GeForce doesn't work with DirectX 9.0 as well as ATI, is that true?

What is the graphic should I get? GeForce or Raedon?

Will there be a lot of different between GeForce 7800 GT and Raedon 800XL?

That depends who you ask. Lots of people feel strongly about their graphics card company, either ATi or nVIdia. The 7800 is physically beter than the X800 but the X800 is generally cheaper.f

The main thing is, how long will the ATI Raedon 800XL/XT last? Will I still be able to play the new game coming out next year with highest settings on?

I meant, I would spend the money on 7800 if I have to, but I would love to save some money if it is unnecessary.

You may have to turn the settings down a little bit, but without AA and AP then you should be good. But just to be sure, if your budget permits, get a 7800GT.

I don't think you could play at the highest settings with the games coming out in 2006. Probably med-high settings with no or little AA/AF

Okay, I have made up my mind then. I'm going to get GeForce 7800 GT. So let's say a year or two from now, when the newer, more powerful card-required game start coming out, I can get another card and just SLI it? When this be possible with the setting I have now?

I'm currently learning to overclock and everything, with this build, will I be able to overclock?

Thank you!!!
