New Build - Is it all compatible?

Hello!

I've recently configured a potential new computer on NewEgg.ca, and was looking for advice on whether or not each piece is compatible with one another. I'm fairly sure I've done my homework properly and spent a significant amount of time researching each part. However, mistakes happen.

I'd appreciate users' keen eye on this and point out any potential issues with the build or if I'm missing anything important.

Thanks very much!
Tom

Two things.

1. I don't think that you need 12gb of ram. Most likely you will be just fine with 6gb.
2. The heatsink that you have is not needed. The i7 comes with a heatsink of it's own. If you were planning to use it for over clockingm then you need a much better one than that.

Thank you. I wasn't sure if the i7 came with the heatsink or not, I didn't see it listed in the spec. Appreciate that.

I guess the general consensus is that 12GB vs. 6GB performance increase isn't worth the cost? Is it really that minimal?
