NEW BUILD keeps restarting?

It doesn't make sense. I installed windows, and when I restarted the computer, it just gets stuck in a loop showing the msi logo screen.

Correct. I tried it with and without. I switched different boot orders and nothing works. Its like windows doesn't exist on the drive. I am going to try re-installing again.

I would say bad ram or bad hard drive. Can you test the drive for errors?

I forgot to mention that I installed the drive in my other computer and it worked fine.

You can't install windows on a drive while its in one system and transfer it to another and expect it to work, cause it won't. They have different hardware. You have to install windows on the drive while its installed in the system that its gonna be used in.
