Price wise you can get the Asus A8N SLI Premium board at Newegg a little cheaper during the sale on that model. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131540
The Enermax psu should give you that extra for gaming while being slightly overpowered even when gaming. Save a few bucks here. http://www.clubit.com/product_detail.cfm?itemno=A6277815&cmp=OTC-pr1c3grabb3r The AMD64 4400+ X2 is a good model cpu while many prefer the 4200+ X2 for any planned OCing. The one main concern here however is the memory which will slow the system down. Most new boards strictly run at default speeds with DDR400 if they are not running DDR2 240pin dimms. Your cpu will read as a lesser model when backtiming memory. One example of that is to take an AMD Atholon XP3200+ and run 333mhz memory to see the cpu read as an XP2500+. From the AMD 3000+ up the DDR400 is the standard until you reach the DDR2 type board.
