New build, need sugestions, newbie

Pretty good build on the whole but some changes I would make:
The GTX 660 is an old card now, instead look at the GTX 760 or the Radeon R9 270X. Both much newer and faster.
You don't need the 850W PSU. Get a 600W from Corsair - CX600M would be a good choice. The money you save on the PSU you could put into the graphics card and get a GTX 770 or an R9 280X instead of a 760 or 270X.
1600MHz RAM is great but for a tiny bit more you can usually get 1866MHz so have a look and see if you can get the same RAM (RipJaws-X is good by the way) but at 1866MHz. Not the end of the world if you can't though.
The 200R is a good budget case but if you can spend about $10 more you can get the 300R (without a side window) and that should be a bit roomier.
Make those changes and it would be great. You could even step down on the CPU and the motherboard and get an FX-8320 and a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 instead then spend more on the graphics card again - that is where the performance lies.

FX-8320 + GTX 780 is going to perform better than FX-9590 + GTX 760/770, so it's worth it.
The CPU doesn't make an awful lot of difference to gaming when comparing CPUs like i5s and i7s and 8320s and 9590s, but the graphics card does make a difference.
