Should that all work together? I already have a GPU and Hardrives.
Also, if you know of any parts that would be better, let me know.

What video card are you putting into it?

Seems okay ish. I'd probably go with a steamroller variant though

Ditch the CPU cooler and get a better processor.

Either an FX 6300 or 8320 if you afford and then an AM3+ board.

Or get an i3 Haswell and 1150 socket board.

Personally don't see the point of getting cheap cpu with liquid cooler, but it is up to you.

And I personally think BitFenix Prodigy is not small enough, which defeat the purpose of m-itx

e.g. if you look at SilverStone PS07B/ PS09B, it actually at similar size with BitFenix, but they take micro-ATX

I would personally scrap the K70, I've got one and love it, however that $120 could go elsewhere in the system, especially if your tight on a budget. Grab a cheaper one and save up wait for your next holiday to get the K70.

If the case doesn't have to be m-ITX then you may as well go with a FX-8320, I used to own one of these but it fried due to the poor VRM on the board (MSI 970A-G45), knocking out both components. After that got a free upgrade to the FX-8350 and a Mobo upgrade, but haven't noticed much of a difference between the two.

As the previous poster said liquid cooling may be overkill, I'm running a Hyper 212 Evo on my 8350 and get safe temps, around 70C while under full load using prime95 small FFTs, which could be better but if your gaming your not going to be running the PC at full load all the time anyway.

This post assumes that your budget is $600, if it's more I could be completely wrong.

Sorry for slight hijack but what happened with your 8320 and the MSI board? I have those exact 2 components. I overclocked my chip to 4.2 stable and 4.5 unstable while still being in temp. I run at stock though because I don't need the extra speed.

The computer was running fine, I started up prime95 with small ffts and computer shut off after twenty seconds. Temps before this point were only about 40C. After opening the side panel smoke emerged, yes smoke from only 40C, so I removed the processor and could tell that the whole back of the board had been scorched specifically round the VRM and the 24 pin connector.

I don't know if this affected the power supply or not because after a while the PSU started to randomly power off so got that replaced to. I'm just lucky it didn't fry my 670 to, as I got that for a bargain brand new £180 and they didn't have anymore in stock.

I've had the 970A for 3 years this September and I've had the 8320 since last September. I never ran an overclock on the 8320 except for the night I just decided to push it to see where I could get. If the board had better VRM and more voltage I could have pushed it more. It was unstable because I couldn't give it any more voltage, I reached the max voltage possible that the board would let me use. I remember at 4.2 GHz it was stable for at least 20 mins of Prime with temps in the 40's. I pushed it higher and after that workers in Prime started quitting and I eventually started getting blue screen. Temps never got above 50 when doing that. Although at times HWMonitor would report temps of 255 degrees Celsius and my CPU usage would go to like zero I think. Definitely not stable. :P

However I did run my Phenom II 955 at 4.0GHz for about a year with that board. Overclocked like a champ and my temps never got higher than the low-mid 50's. 4.0GHz was apparently a pretty high overclock for the Phenom II 955. I probably could have hit 4.1 or 4.2 if I wanted to.

Ah perhaps just a bad board then but no matter got an upgrade to 990FXA chipset mobo and the 8350, not much difference but who cares if its free :D

Back on track, you could get a CX500 rather than 600 and save yourself some money and put it towards a better processor. Do you NEED to have it be an m-ITX board?
