what do you plan on doing with this machine, just gaming? The only thing I don't like about the build is the cheap PSU. Remember, a PSU supplies power to all your components. I would want some cheap PSU powering my $400+ video card. That is just me though.

Also, who is to say a year from now you may find a good deal on a second 280 video card, you may want to get a Mobo that supports SLI just in case. I mean I ended up building mine with a 260 b/c I couldn't justify the 150ish dollar difference on the cards, but I went ahead and got a mobo that supported SLI. Now in my mind I probably won't ever run SLI, but I like the fact that say a year from now if I see someone selling a card cheap (like here on CF) I could possibly pick one up down the road and add in SLI.

Just some thoughts.

dont get the overclocked editions of graphics cards unless, they cost the same as the stock version, you can just download either rivatuner or the evga overclocking tool and save yourself a hundred dollars
