The power supply you bought is not good. It can shorten the life of your parts or destroy them if the supply goes. Get this instead:

CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650 Watt Power Supply - $92

For the same price as that dual-core you could get a faster triple core processor that will work with your chosen motherboard:

Phenom II 740 Heka (3.0 gigahertz) Triple-Core Processor - $95

Yes I am defiantly changing power supplies as suggested. I am working up the power usage for the components (those suggested & others) before going after a PSU. I have read in reports that "Internet Surfing" is estimated at 105 W. Also I have 5 (Five) case fans 4 (four 120mm & 1 (one) 140mm to consider. Two fans controlled by the BIOS,(not including the CPU fan) three by thermocouples incorported with the fans. I have yet to find the idle or load wattage for the MA785GT-UD3H MB not including the CPU.

That Seasonic S1211 520 sounds great @ $59.99. With a 120mm fan my case will have 5 120mm fans as well as a 140mm fan, plenty of cooling.

Your comment regarding "KPower" power supply being "BAD", you were not kidding, the PSU failed in less then two (2) hours of use. I was downloading XP, screen went blank, replaced the PSU and finished the download. You get what you pay for, @ $9.99 what could you expect?
