Looks pretty good. I would steer away from ASUS motherboards. Many users in the past have had a lot of problems with the boards not working after awhile.

And it is unnecessary to pay that much for a motherboard when there are several others that could meet your needs and don't have those extra features you probably wouldn't use.

i'd grab one of these 3 for about the same as the one linked above, but really you could get something about as good for under 200
