new case and after market cooling

So I'm looking at upgrading again and thinking about a much nicer case and some aftermarket coolers. My thoughts so far have settled on:

with a couple more fans ... are the 2 Silent Series R2 good ? (comes with 2)

or maybe:

I love the style of these cases, sort of nondescript cool and seems to come with all the features I can possibly think of.

Then a aftermarket cooler for my 6870:

This one good ? I'd like it to be PWM controlled and just found out that this one isnt :( any way round that ?

id get the fractal, i am not a fan of corsair's cases. better yet id get a antec 302 or 1100 nice filter placement and you can pick fans you would like that are low noise.

you set your quiet fan setting to auto? otherwise it will be full speed all the time. Also the noctua would be a excellent choice given other options, i just like a closed loop cooler myself due to the amount of weight those heatsinks can get up to

...thought you were referring to a CPU, try installing msi afterburner and see if the speed adjusts with the load as it should

I was hoping you could tell me that before I bought it : ( I don't really trust anything so cheap and the more expensive ones are well more expensive.

so you dont have the gpu? because i do not own it...most gpus automatically adjust fan speed with load and theres no issue with the default driver.
