Dude, if you don't know what that speaker is......ugh, no comment...

Wires... Well, why not get some of that stuff that goes around the wires. That plastic pipeing stuff autoparts places usally has. Sorry, I can't remember the name, but I know exactly what I'm thinking of!

Also, if I were you, I'd try to replace those case fans with ones that used the 3pin connectors. That'll give you better control and monitoring of the fans.

ok the speaker on the bottom of the computer is for noise......(all speakers are capable of making noise) sometimes there specifically for bio beeps, or even for computer tasks like music.

Wire looms? ;)

Also, get a HUGE bag of tie wraps and secure the wires against things. Since you have an acrylic case, you really can't hide the wires.

A lot of times instead of a speaker it is a microphone in the case, in order to monitor the level of sound inside your case, so you can well, monitor how loud your case is.

nice case, but you are going to have to be a wire management god with that one. definitely get a 3 pin rear case fan so you can plug that into your mobo. that will get rid of stretching that ugly 4pin wire across your mobo.
you should be able to get the mass of wires behing your hd cage, there is holes there to tie them to.
if your feel like having some real wire management fun get some cable sleeves and some shrink wrap.
good times

No, that is a speaker. All computers (should) have one, it is what makes the noises for the BIOS and similar things that can't use sound card drivers.

If I were you, I would have really gotten a modular PSU....

Ya that would be from the mobo, not something for in the case, every case I have used doesn't have a speaker in it, but my personal case has a mic.
