New comp compatibility

Hey guys, i'm going to be building my first computer soon (as a replacement for this one...yay!) and before I order everything, i want to make sure it's all compatible.

Cpu - Amd Athlon 64 3500+ Venice
Mobo- MSI K8N Neo4-F Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard
PSU- HIPRO HP-P500W/TOP-500P5 500W Power Supply - OEM
Case- COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC-T05-UW Black Computer Case – Retail
DVD-R/W- NEC 16X DVD±R DVD Burner Silver IDE Model ND-3550A - OEM
GPU- eVGA Geforce 7600GS 256-P2-N547 Video Card - Retail
As for the RAM, I've already bought that from Ebay, it's 1gb (512x2) dual channel pc-3200, plus my 512 pc-3200 that i currently have.

Comments? Suggestions? they're all greatly appreciated. as for my budget, i really can't go much over than my current price (currently at $495), but i can maybe spend like $10-15 more.

PS- for the HDD's, i'm going to pull my 160gb and 60gb out of this comp, and i'm prob going to buy a new SATA drive sometime next year

EDIT: Oh, yeah, what about fans? am i okay or should i get another? i'll hopefully be doing some overclocking.....

EDIT: I've changed my PSU & GPU

20pin PSU and 24pin mobo. That might work, but I would suggest getting 24pin. Also that PSU is CRAP! Definetly look into getting a better one(only 18A on the 12v rail)

Both the PSU and the Mobo are 24 pin...i just checked...as for the PSU, I know it's crap....any other recomendations you may have? i need at least 400watts, and like i said, i cant spend too much more on this comp.

the 7600gs has a differance of 200 memory clock speed but i dont know usually the 512mb is just a marketing ploy

Well, i'm not quite sure about what you're saying...

the 7600gs does have a memory clock of 800mhz, but the core clock is only 400mhz. the x1600pro's memory clock is 540mhz and core clock is 500mhz. so which is more important? more, amount/speed of memory, or the core clock?

*bump*

btw, i've solved my gpu problem...and i've also picked out a new psu, although i'm not 100% confident it'll hold up on me.

also, will i need extra fans/extra cooling (artic silver, etc)? like i've said, i want to try to oc my new computer.
