New Comp! Need your Advice!

Hello, I'm pretty new to building computers so I need your help. I want to build a 6-8 monitor set up. This computer will be used mainly for business trading and not extensive gaming. I want this computer to be completely silent. Please recommend parts to me or how I should get started!

The budget is.. 10k at most

Right now I have 2x 20.5" UltraSharp Dell Flat Screen LCD's 1600x1200 on a dual monitor set up.

Antec has a good reputation for cases. They make some that are built with silence in mind, like their "Sonata" and "New Solution" cases. I don't know if they'll fit in your budget, because I don't know what else you'll be buying. A good case can have good cooling options as well as silence. Antec, among other companies, sells case fans with speed switches so you can balance cooling and noise. The video card you chose has no fan, so that's a plus for overall noise reduction.
