New Comp, New Programs HELP!

Ok so im getting a new computer... and like most people like to do, I wanna start fresh. Im not much into all those cool programs yet, mostly because my computer was too crappy to handle.

Im looking for;
DVD Burn/Rip etc software - (Ive heard Alcohol?)
Anti Spyware - (Ad-Aware is current, its not that good in my opinion)
Music Player - (WinAmp is current)
P2P Search - (Morpheus current)

I also wanna know about any other cool stuff out there, Ive seen a thing called CPUz, shows your computer stats... anything cool like that please post!
 
Ok... anyone else? Please help me... I need music and video editing software, all that stuff. Please post

'Nero 7' for CD copying
'CloneCD' also
'iTunes' for music
'CloneDVD' and 'AnyDVD' for DVD ripping or 'DVDSrink'
'Stuffit Standard/Deluxe' for file compressing
'Norton Internet Security' for security
P2P - 'eMule' or 'eDonkey' and 'Limewire' (NOT 'Kazaa' too many viruses)
etc...
