New computer build. I need opinions

Hi there,
I am building my own computer and just wanted to run the specs through here to make sure I am building what I want the computer for.

Basically, I just want this computer to be fast. I am planning to put windows 7 ultimate 64 bit on it. Will this system be fast? Also, when i plug everything in, how do i get it to the stage of installing windows? Do I have to change boot preference? or format the hard drive? Can someone please give me a step by step run through of how to get it from first power on to the installation of windows?

It'll run windows smoothly, what else do you do with your PC? I assume you're not overclocking, and you're not a gamer because you haven't posted a GPU.

When you power on, go into the BIOS (hammer delete on POST) check the CPU temperature, usually under "PC health status". Anything above 50C at this point probably means you put the cooler on wrong. To install windows, set the Boot Priority to your SAYA Optical Drive, this'll prompt the system to look for bootable media in the disc drive before deferring to the Hard Disk if none is found. Then just follow the on-screen prompts, select where you want to install Windows (Disc0) and Windows'll automatically update drivers, and seeing as you don't have a graphics card, you won't have driver trouble for that. When all booted up, do whatever you want, download Prime95 to check that the CPU can run at full load without any ill-effects, it should be able to do this.
