New Computer build, your thoughts

Hey CF; It has been close to 2 yrs since my last build (Still running good). But I am wanting to build a newer computer. Basically the reason is I have alot of friends that come over to game / hang out. And than there is the occasional person that comes over who likes to game but doesnt have a computer (or descent 1, I think you all know one of them) so I wanted to leave my current system available to that person lol. Anyways, here is the new build. I am pretty set on most things, however if you would like to suggest a Mobo make sure it is SLI compatible. Also, not to sure about the vid. card but it looked good on reviews and performance wise. The PSU has to offer modular cabling. And I am clueless about memory, so let me know your suggestions!
