New Computer Gaming Problem HELP

OK, so I built a new pc and when I play a game like CS or Battlefield it will start to twitch. It works fine for like the first 30 min but after that the game starts twitching more and more untell its unplayeble. when I restart the pc it works fine again for anethor 30 min. What could be the problem?

Heres my specs.

asus a8r32-mvp Delux
amd athlon 64 x2 3800+ manchester
2 gigs ram
two x1600xt sapphire cards in crossfire

I really dont know if it could be the video cards or the proccesor or if the motherboard is screwed up or maybee i need to reformat. plz help.
 
I only have a sensor on my video cards which read 56 idle and 72 while gaming. I dont think its the temp because after I get out of the game for a while and get back in it still does it. The only way is to restart the pc.
 
I would think that getting out of the game to let it cool down would make it back to normal but eaven if I leave it for a couple of hours and get into game again it still will twitch like every 2 seconds.

Plus my bro has almost same setup exept an x1900xtx card and it goes a little over 70 and runs fine.
