I put in the Power Supply, Processor, Motherboard, and RAM into the case. However, when I turn the computer on the MONITOR does not signal anything. The BLUE SCREEN does not come on the screen.

Here is what I have for the Processor, Motherboard, and RAM.
I bought the Motherboard, and RAM from Amazon. The rest of the stuff I bought it from FRYS.

Check your cpu. If there is no beep sound and no video output, maybe your cpu is not properly attached.

My mum had a similar problem, turned out that her CPU power lead was not plugged in.

check the leads on your power supply, you will see that you have one that is a square shape with 4 pins (sometimes 6 or 8, but rule of thumb is 4 generally). If you look at your motherboard you wil lsee the processor caseing and then to the top left n the motherboard will be the hole where the 4-pin cable goes, if that isn't in, no power to the CPU, no booting even though the HDD and everything are working, because they have power from the big 20-28 pin cable
